It's one of a number of websites/apps that work by taking the internal evaluation from an engine (I think decodechess uses Stockfish, judging by their help page) and translating that into friendlier language. If you haven't tried it already and are looking for views on whether either of them are worth getting, I have to say I am very sceptical of the value of. If you like the output of, Fat Fritz does not offer that.
